When you’re houseboating, your itinerary is completely up to you. Want to spend the afternoon reading on the top deck? Or cruise to a nearby lock and explore a local trail? If you and your crew haven’t driven a houseboat before, you’ll definitely pick up some new skills. Before you set off on your adventure, we provide personalized on-the-water training, where you’ll learn how to cast off, steer, dock, go through locks & more! We’ll also stay on board as you navigate the boat through the first lock on your journey to offer advice and answer questions. Our goal is to help you feel as comfortable and prepared as possible before you head out on your own.
